Thanks a Latte!

Hello my crafty friends!

Today I am sharing a card using the Gift Card Accordion die from the Pop It Ups line at Elizabeth Craft Designs

With the card closed, you can see Lucky The Rabbit holding a coffee cup. The cup was made by trimming the pot accessory from Honey The Bear.

When the card is open, you can see the slot for a gift card. Such a fun way to give a gift card.

It's Somebunny's Birthday!

Hello my crafty friends!  It is time for another Designers Challenge for Pop It Ups.

This months challenge is :  Pop it Ups Video Techniques - Choose any technique from any of Karen's Pop it Ups videos going back to the beginning and use it for a card of any theme.

For my card, I chose the Spiral Circle Pull Card and Lucky the Rabbit video tutorials.

Here is the card open. Using Karen's layering process on the acetate, it looks like an explosion of balloons.

Make sure you stop by and check out the amazing creations from the other team members.

Our Love Is On Target

Hello my crafty friends!  It is day 2 for this month's Designers Challenge for Pop It Ups.

This months challenge is : Characters in Costume - We've seen amazing Character transformations (Steampunk Poppy, Cocoa Unicorn, Cocoa Zebra, Rudy White Stag, Vampire Hoppy, Honey Pooh, Hoppy Tree Frog, Reindeer Brownie, Sleeping Dutch, Monster Mouse, etc.) and now it's time to show off your costuming skills to transform a Character.

For my 2nd card, I chose Lucky the Rabbit and transformed him into Cupid.

Here is the front of my card closed. I have used the Circle Pull card and Lucky has been dressed up using the Heart With Wings die set. The bow was made using the Accordion Fancy Label and the arrow uses the diamond from that die set.

Here is the card opened. I have layered circles from various die sets. I cut the spiral from the Spiral Circle pull card out of acetate. The arrows were cut from the Rectangle Pull card die set.

Make sure you stop by and check our all of the design team cards.
