More Collaboration Fun

Hello my crafty friends!

I am posting another card for the KB Riley/Darkroom Door collaboration. For this card, I went with a simple card. I used the French Script Texture stamp from Darkroom Door Stamps. I heat embossed in clear and that went over the with Distress Inks. I cut my panel out using the Crosshatch-Rectangles die. The sentiment is using the Happily Ever After die. I cut the sentiment three times and layered them together for added dimension. I also cut the heart out of glitter cardstock to make it pop.

It's a hop!

hello my crafty friends!

The week the Karen Burniston Designer Challenge team is doing a blog hop with Darkroom Door. Both Darkroom Door and Karen Burniston will be giving away a prize packs, with winners randomly chosen from ALL of the blog hop comments received by Sunday, June 29th, 2018. There are lots of chances to win some goodies, so just leave a comment on this post or any other blog hop post to enter! You should have arrived here from Belinda Spencer's blog.

Here is the front of my card using the Darkroom Door Word Block Stamps - Birthday and the Crosshatch- Rectangles do. Using my MISTI stamping tool, I was able to repeatedly stamp the image with shade of Memento Ink to create an ombre effect.

For the inside of my card, I used the Cupcake Pop-Up die set. I also repeated the same ombre technique as the front of the card this time using the Darkroom Door Sentiment Stamps - Happy Birthday. I have also included another Crosshatch-Rectangle die cut and then added the "celebrate" sentiment from the Word Set 2: Birthday Die Set.

Make sure that you stop by and check all of the other blogs that are hopping along. Your next stop on the hop would be back at Teresa Abajo's Blog if you started hopping with me.

Hello Summer Tag

Hello my crafty peeps!

I am just stopping by today to share a tag that I made for a recent meet-up group.

I have used a Julie Nutting image - Cat Girl and colored her with Copics. The cloud background was created by making a stencil using the Nature Edges die set.  I have also used the grass die from the same set to make the grass and the stems of my flowers. The stitched clouds are from the Outdoor Scene die set. The sun is from the Tropical Scene die set. For the flowers, I used the flowers from the Tree Pop-Up die set. The sentiment is from the Words 6 die set.

Sweet Summer

Hello my crafty peeps!  It is time for the Karen Burniston July Designers Challenge. This month, the theme is Sweet Summer.

I have created an A2 Popsicle themed card. For the front of my card, I have used the square from the Upsy Daisy Pop-Up and strung twine through it to hang a Popsicle charm from the Sweet Treats Charms die set. I have also added a rectangle from the Rectangles-Cross Hatch die set. The "hello" is from the new Word Set -6 die set.

On the inside of my card I have used the Twist Panel Pop-Up die set. I have repeated the square frame from the front of the card. I have also added the "sweet" and "friend" from the Word Set-6 and Word Set- 1 die sets.
