A Snowy Scene

 Howdy my crafty peeps!

Today I am sharing one of my recent card makes.  For this card, I have decided to go with a snowy scene. Here is the front of the card. This card features dies from KB Riley. I have used the Merry Christmas Die along with it shadow layer. I have also used the Long Nature Edges and some elements from the Outdoor Scene dies.

On the inside of the card, I have used the Garden Bench Pop-up and the Street Lantern Pop-up dies. For a place to write a message, I have used the new Labels- Crosshatch die set. What is special about the inside is the fact that it lights up. I have used the ED Lights in each of the lamp posts.

Here is the card all lit up. So much fun!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Meet Buster

Howdy yall!

I am back with another one of the samples I created with the new Karen Burniston/  Elizabeth Craft Designs die releases!

Today I'm showing you a retirement card. On the outside I have used the Lorna Label for my sentiment.

But, when you open it..... there is Buster the dog cut with Velvet Adhesive sheets. Another one of the new character dies. For the inside I used the Garden Bench from the original Pop It Ups release. I "slip-covered" the bench converting it into a couch. I also used the new Props 4 die for the paw. The postage stamp die from the Rectangle Pull Card die was used to make a picture frame.

Spring Card

Hello Everyone! My post for yesterday did not post as scheduled so you get TWO posts today!  Since the Karen Burniston Designer Challenge was Easter or Spring, I decided to make a Spring card as well. This one using the All Seasons Tree and the Garden Bench.

This one is super simple. The paper is from Momenta and did most of the work for me.

Thanks fro stopping by! Be sure to check out the projects from the other designers as well. The links to their blogs are on the side of the page.

Hoppy Easter

Happy  everyone! I am here with a new card for the Karen Burniston Designers Challenge Team. This month was Easter or Spring. I have made up this card using FIVE of the Pop It Ups die sets.

Here is my Hoppy card!

This is the front of the card with hoppy jumping through the hole. When the card opens up, here is what you see.

The sets used were the Katie Label pivot for the pink ovals. The Oval Accordion for the base and white of the feet and ears. The Square with Circle Accordion for the face, body, and the hole he is jumping through. The All Seasons Tree was used for the tail. Finally, I used the grass from the Garden Bench die.

The New Pop It Ups

Hello everyone! I have some exciting things to share with you today. As many of you crafters know, next week is the CHA megashow. The very lovely and talented Karen Burniston will be launching a new line of interactive dies with Elizabeth Crafts Designs. These new dies are wafer thin and can be easily moved around on your card/ project. You are not limited to a card size or design. Do you want the pop up a little more to the left or to the right?? You can do that!

Since Els with Elizabeth Craft Designs has given us the go ahead to post some of our projects using these new dies, here is the first of many.

Here I have used the Garden Bench with the All Seasons Tree. Instead of leaves, I used the hearts from the Oval Accordion Album. The stamps sentiment was cut using the smallest die in the Oval Accordion Album set.

Sitting on the bench is a digi image from Saturated Canary called "Owl Always Love You". I have colored her up with my Spectrum Noir next generation markers.
